The peace of mind knowing that we had a safe and reliable driver to get us to our cruise was well worth the cost as opposed to gambling on a rideshare driver. Greyhound Lines serves Miami on its Phoenix-El Paso via Globe route. The Town of Miami operates the Cobre Valley Community Transit, which provides local bus service in Miami and Globe. On the mainland, these orange and green vehicles operate in Downtown, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Little. Our driver was polite and professional, and handled some very hectic cruise port traffic with ease. The Pinto Valley mine is also located near Miami. The Miami trolley is a great free way to get around certain areas of the city. The SUV was large and comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 4 and all our luggage. They responded to my late-night email in the middle of the night, and my driver was right on time (15 minutes early, actually) at our new pickup location. They were extremely responsive to any questions and changes in my booking, including a request to move up our booking time by 15 minutes, and especially when our pickup location was changed the night before (our hotel was overbooked and moved us to a different hotel).

We had an excellent experience using Twelve Transfers for private transportation from a Miami Brickell-area hotel to the Royal Caribbean cruise terminal.
